Yes! We offer helium inflation in-store at our Christchurch location. You can bring your own balloons or purchase them from us and have them filled while you wait. We also sell disposable helium tanks if you prefer to inflate balloons at home.
🚚 Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size of your order and location. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

🛍 Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Absolutely! Choose Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to pick up. This is a great option if you're in a rush or planning a last-minute celebration.
🎉 Do you offer custom balloon bunches?
Yes! We have a custom balloon bunch builder on our website where you can design your own bunch and select colours, themes, and balloon types. We’ll have it ready for pick-up or delivery within Christchurch.
🥳 Do you hire out party equipment?
Partyshop is focused on retail party supplies. For marquee, furniture, or equipment hire, please visit our event hire division at Party Warehouse. We're happy to work together to cover all your party needs!
💳 What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS in-store, and secure online payments. Afterpay is also be available — check the payment section at checkout for current options.
📦 What if an item I want is out of stock?
If something you’re after is showing as sold out, feel free to contact us — we may have stock arriving soon, or can help suggest alternatives.
