Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, we are not required to provide a refund — so please choose carefully.
In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange for items of equal value (excluding shipping), but this is assessed case by case and depends on the product type and condition.
Please note:

Helium gas tanks and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If a replacement is possible, we’ll send a new item.

If we cannot replace it, we’ll offer a refund.
Important: If goods arrive damaged, do not sign for them as undamaged with the courier. If you do, we may not be able to process your claim.
Balloon Policy Reminder
We do not offer free replacements or refunds for balloons that pop or deflate once they’ve left our store, whether supplied by us or inflated on your behalf.
While we take every precaution and use high-quality products, balloon care becomes your responsibility after purchase.
