Balloon Inflation Policy

We’re happy to inflate balloons purchased elsewhere, but please note:

• We do not guarantee the quality of balloons not purchased from Partyshop.

• If a balloon bursts during or after inflation, or is found to be defective, you will still be charged for the inflation service.

• Float times for outside-sourced balloons may vary, and we cannot guarantee their performance.

• Inflation pricing depends on the size and type of the balloon.

• Our team reserves the right to refuse to inflate any balloon if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

• Once balloons leave our store, we cannot be responsible for their condition. Care is in your hands.

All prices on partyshop.co.nz are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability

While we do our best to keep stock levels up to date, products may occasionally become unavailable. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.
