$5.90
Royal blue is the proper deep blue — nothing pastel about it. Two 24m rolls, and it holds its own against a bright ceiling.

- Pack size: 2 rolls

- Colour: Royal blue
Perfect for
Dinosaur parties, train and tank-engine themes, nautical setups, sports club functions, and school galas. The pale blue roll gives you a second tone if one flat blue looks too plain.
