We can't send inflated balloons outside Christchurch - they won't make the trip. If you need balloons elsewhere in New Zealand, our uninflated balloon packs and helium tanks ship nationwide.

Approx $25 for the 2-hour economy courier. Larger orders delivered by our team are approx $60.

Order by 11am for same-day delivery in Christchurch. We deliver 5 days.

Anything over 2 bunches comes out with our own team rather than the courier, so we can carry it safely and set it up for you.

Yes. Pick any colours you like and we'll make the bunch up to match. Add your colours in the order notes at checkout.

Order by 3pm for the same day. For large bunches or busy weekends, give us 24 hours where you can.

You can, but add Hi-Float. Untreated latex balloons will be sagging by the next morning. With Hi-Float they'll hold for 2–3 days.

If you're collecting: smaller bunches sit fine on a back seat, larger bunches need a boot with the seats down, or a wagon or van. Never leave helium balloons in a hot car - heat expands the helium and they'll pop. If that's a problem, have us deliver instead.

Unfortunately balloons are delicate, we can do everything we can to help their survival but once we hand them over its up to you
